Verizon Wireless DayPass – Xohm’s Selling Points Weaken!

One of the supposedly big selling points of Xohm – Sprint Nextel (now Clearwire) – WIMAX service was the availability of flexible pricing models that does not tie the customer for an entire month. For example, it looks like they Celcom Broadband Wireless a Daily On-the-Go service that provides 24 Broadband Internet Access of continuous Internet service. They have

As Apple seeks to move 10 million iPhones by the end of 2008, cell repair services ramp up preparation for iPhone repairs, anticipating that many consumers won't seek repairs through Apple's official avenues. Although Apple typically warranties all iPhones for one calendar year from the date of purchase, several factors contribute to the likelihood that consumers will turn instead to alternative options for their iPhone repair needs.

* Accidental damage: Apple doesn't cover iPhone repairs if they're damaged (physically or otherwise) by an accident.

* Unauthorized use / modifications: Apple's insistence that the iPhone be internet security 2009 restricted motivated many iPhone owners to modify their iPhones, adding services and functions that remain unauthorized by Apple. Even if these modifications aren't the root cause of your iPhone's problem, Apple isn't going to cover an iPhone under warranty if it's been tampered with.

* Excessive service times: Apple's site lists a typical service time of three business days (not counting shipping) for most iPhone repairs.

* Excessive repair prices: Stories abound online about Apple's pricing structures; consumers seem particularly concerned with the touchscreen, which can cost between two and three hundred dollars to replace (and isn't typically covered under the warranty).

* High replacement costs: For hardware problems not covered under the warranty, Apple charges fees of $199-$299 for replacement phones. iPhone repair services attempt to undercut this price by actually repairing the phone, rather than replacing it.

Unlike many cell phones, which are simple to replace, an iPhone represents a significant financial investment. Don't get stuck with an iPhone that doesn't live up to the hype after shelling out the money for the nation's premier dataphone, and don't be discouraged by the seeming repair monopoly that currently exists. Instead, locate a licensed, experienced iPhone repair service, and let them resurrect your iPhone with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
